OUR COMPANY
Lemarc was born into a peanut-producing family in 1965.
As of the year 2000, it begins to market and export peanut confectionery and peanut repellent, incorporating other top quality products.
Fruit of the years of experience, we understand the cultivation of non-traditional products as a quasi-artisanal work, where care plays a fundamental role from the selection of the land and the seed of high purity, to the constant control and management of the crop.
This careful production mechanics allows to certify the “traceability of the product” under strict control of the same, which aims to meet the most demanding quality parameters demanded by the different markets, implying a strong commitment on the part of the company.
Complementing this, we promote constant research and innovation in the different stages of production, which makes the know-how of our staff the most appropriate to fulfill our purposes and those of our customers.

ENVIRONMENT
GOOD AGRICULTURAL PRACTICES
Good Agricultural Practices (BPA), -GAP for its acronym in English (Good Agriculture Practices), refers to the set of principles, standards and technical recommendations, aimed at reducing physical, chemical and biological risks in production, processing, storage and transport of products of agricultural origin, to ensure the safety of the product, the protection of the environment and the personnel working on the farm, seeking a Sustainable Development.
Although its implementation is not mandatory at the national level, from the Province of Córdoba, work is being done to convert the BPA project into Law.
It is from 2017 that more and more farmers are seeking to adhere to this work system.
The Provincial Program of Good Agricultural Practices aims to encourage agricultural producers to implement practices that strengthen the sustainability of the agri-food system.
In this way, the processing companies achieve safety in the production and commercialization of food, reducing the risks of crop contamination, improving the efficiency of the productions and their aptitude for consumption in later stages of the food chain by improving their management, achieve differentiation of production, allow access to new markets and minimize environmental impact.
The implementation of these practices requires from companies conditions such as investment in training of workers, producers and professionals, in appropriate technologies (seeds, machinery, fertilizers, etc.), and infrastructure investments.
It is also important that the company has a certain long-term global viability, a concept where sustainability is necessarily the responsible interaction of economic variables.
